Chuck Norris, popular american actor is dead
With the death of Chuck Norris, we lose one of the greatest martial arts experts and masters of all time, a man who shaped the history of American cinema. He invented Chun Kuk Do, an art that fused Shotokan Karate, of which he was a six-time world champion, and Taekwondo. He also taught Bruce Lee how to improve certain aspects of Karate and Taekwondo, while learning something about Kung Fu and more from him. I remember him especially in Walker, Texas Ranger, from the late 1990s to the early 2000s, and in The Way of the Dragon, especially in The Expendables 2. Years ago, he was also Walter Nudo's Karate Kumite instructor. His contributions as a producer, writer, and martial arts promoter, voice actor, and screenwriter are also significant.
